Delivery of Images: Editing and image delivery takes approximately 2 weeks for proofs to be ready after session has taken place, to request expedited 5 day delivery, a fee of $100 will be requested before expedite takes place. Sessions taken after November 15 will take a week to deliver.

Editing Policy: All photos provided on the Proof gallery will undergo standard editing, which includes adjustments to tone and exposure only.
After Client receives the Proof gallery photographer suggests that Client take a maximum of 3 days to select and inform Nancy Ramos Photography AKA Photos with Santa about their favorite images according to the package Client initially selected when reserving their slot.

Traditional MINI Seasonal Sessions: Client will choose 5 images from their proof gallery for further retouching such as removing abnormalities and softening skin.
Advanced/Complex retouching services— such as further skin retouching, distraction removal, removal of wrinkles on clothing, and face swapping—are available upon request. These advanced edits incur an additional fee starting at $35 per image. Fees may increase based on the complexity and time required for the detailed retouching.
Adding or replacing sky and adding elements such as sun rays or birds flying in the sky is considered an advanced retouch request.

Avoid storing your digital photos in your computer. I recommend you purchase an external hard drive but not any external hard drive. Not only that back it up on a cloud storage too, such as dropbox or others that are available online.
